If you have any difficulties whatsoever using our website to place your order, please contact us immediately so that we may be of help.

Call 800-361-6967 between 8:00-4:00, M-F, CST, to place your order. If you are unable to call during these hours, leave us a message telling us when the best time is to reach you, and we will give you a call then. We regret that we cannot have longer phone hours, but are a family-owned company, with only two of us to answer the phone. Thank you for your understanding!

Standard U.S.:
All in-stock orders are shipped UPS Ground within 3 days of receipt, arriving within 2 - 8 days depending on the delivery location. We will notify you promptly in the rare event that an item is out of stock on your online, mail, or fax order; otherwise you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation from us as soon as it ships (if you have provided an e-mail address where requested),and you may track your package online here. Exception: if you provide a P.O. Box as a shipping address, your items will be shipped Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Standard U.S. shipping & handling rates are as follows:
International or rush:
If you need a package rush-shipped or shipped to a destination outside the U.S., please give us a call at 1-800-361-6967 or send us an e-mail. You will need to know the destination zip code (U.S.) or country and required delivery date, as well as what you are ordering (for weight purposes). We charge actual shipping cost plus $2 handling on all rush and international deliveries. Often UPS Ground Service will get your order to a U.S. destination very quickly: let us know how fast you need it there, and we will help you avoid rush charges if possible by getting it out as soon as we are able.

we hope you will love everything you receive from us, but realize that tastes differ and plans change, so we make the returns process as simple as possible. You may return any item to us within 60 days for a full refund or credit towards a replacement order. Please address returns to:

Please include any relevant information as to why you are returning the item. We will refund the full merchandise amount, but not shipping & handling costs, on non-defective items. Your refund will match the method of payment unless otherwise requested: we will credit the credit card used, or send you a refund check if you originally paid by check or money order.
In case of damaged merchandise or incorrectly filled orders:
if it is our fault, we'll take care of the whole thing! Let us know what is wrong with your order, and we will issue you a prepaid return label to return the defective or incorrect merchandise, and immediately issue you a refund (of your full order amount, including shipping & handling) or a replacement, at no extra charge to you.
