The silk-screen artwork for our Manuscriptures line is produced in southeastern Wisconsin, by our uncle, Jonathan Blocher, who is the artist and exclusive owner of all these artwork designs. All other artwork originals (for the Miniscriptures and Comfort & Joy lines) are owned by us, and the color reproductions we sell are produced here, near us, in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Our mats are made in Ithaca, Michigan, by Craig Frames, and our frames are assembled in Hudson, Wisconsin, by the James Lawrence Company. All final assembly work (matting, framing, finishing, bagging, and boxing) is done by us right here in Menomonie, and all items are packaged and shipped from here as well. When you call us, you are talking to the same people who assemble, inspect, and ship the artwork, so there is no department-switching or other confusion! We will address all your questions and concerns promptly and thoroughly, before and after your order, so you never need to worry about receiving anything less than exceptional customer service.

All our mats are beveled, double mats, precisely cut, and inspected by us upon arrival here, where we discard any that do not meet our high quality standards. All are acid free on the back, where they are in contact with the artwork. Our frames are solid poplar, each finished in either a glossy gold-tone overlay or a walnut stain (which allows the wood grain to show through), and all precisely joined at the corners for a clean, sophisticated effect. We do not use cheap, lightweight, scratchable acrylic sheets to frame our pictures, only high-quality clear picture glass, which protects the print without obscuring any of the beauty of the artwork.

A. Unfortunately none of our artists are available to do custom artwork at this time. We hope you will use our search page to help you find an appropriate verse (we have over 100 different ones!), or contact us for suggestions, if you are open to finding a substitute for the specific one you were looking for. If you have a verse you would like to see one of our artists do in the future, please let us know. We can't make any promises, but we'd love to get your suggestions.

A. Select Manuscriptures may be special ordered in a different frame than shown online, for a $7.50 per piece special order charge. Any Garden of Verses print may be ordered in the opposite frame finish (gold/walnut) for a $5.00 per piece special order charge. No mats may be substituted. Why the upcharges? Because we do not stock these items this way, it is more time-consuming and thus more costly for us to fill special orders. Special orders cannot be placed online; please call us at 1-800-361-6967.

You can't. Our catalogues are a good but still slightly imperfect representations of the mat color (this is the thing you want to make sure matches, as the print will already coordinate with the mat), and everyone's computer screen shows colors differently. If you are worried about matching, please drop us an e-mail that includes your mailing address and the item(s) you are interested in, complete with the mat color(s) you are considering, and we will send you an envelope with a small piece of the mat you are considering! We hope this extra measure of customer service will ensure a perfect match in your home and save both of us unnecessary shipping & handling expenses.

A. We do sell our products through select retailers throughout the U.S., however because we do our own distribution, many larger, standardized chain stores will not carry them, as they only buy from their own distributors. If your local Christian bookstore does not carry our products, and is independently owned or part of a small chain of stores, please encourage them to look at our website under the "Retailers" link on the left-hand menu, or contact us at 800-361-6967, and we will gladly send them wholesale buying information.

We do not have quantity discounts, although we occasionally send seasonal special offers via mail and e-mail. If you request a catalogue or place an order, you will automatically be added to our mailing list to receive these. You may also contact us with your name, address, and e-mail, to be added to our mailing list.

A. If the items you are ordering are in stock they will arrive within 2 - 8 business days. Please use this UPS map to determine how many shipping days to allow based on your geographical location, then allow up to 3 days for processing (in most cases items will actually ship the same or next day). It is rare we have an item on backorder, and we will notify you as soon as possible if an item you ordered is out of stock

A. Rush shipping is available, at actual cost plus $2.00 handling. We are not currently set up to offer this online. Please call us at 800-361-6967, M-F, between 8:00 and 4:00 CST for charges and availability, and we will work with you to get your package to its destination as soon as possible.

A. Many companies carry excellent Christian books, videos, children's toys, figurines, and other inspirational items, and we are happy to leave this to them! We inherited a very specialized family business and have carefully learned the skills we need to provide you with our unique products. We believe in doing what we do well, and don't see specialization as limiting, but as an opportunity to bring the Christian world something it simply wouldn't have otherwise. We will certainly consider adding other products to our line-up in the future, as deemed appropriate. If you know of a unique, non-mass-produced product that is Christian in nature, or appropriate for Christians, that you would like us to consider carrying, please contact us with the relevant information, and we will take it into consideration, although we absolutely cannot promise anything.
